For the razors production of Philips at Drachten we have provided two new effectors.
The effectors are in use on a pair Engel injection moulding machine. The effectors takes out the already spouted products from the injection moulding machine. (See also Robotic engineering & fabric handling)
The quadruple effectors are provide with four ‘three point buckets’ with tailored made bucket basin. By means of the bucket basin the products are taken from the matrix. The cylinder which ensures the vertical twinge displacement of the buckets has equipped with report for this way prevent that the tool runs against a safetywall.
The other effectors are also a quadruple tool where the products are removed by means of a vacuum circuit. The bucket below is for possible taking up and moving the product trays.
