Separate barge: Separated fall system injection moulding

For separating the products during the injection moulding process we have developed several separate barges. This separate barges, which is headed by a mini plc, has been assembled in the press and ensures separating product and sprues. The separate barge is in the inside provided with rubber for the guarantee of the quality of the products.The flap himself is served pneumatic. After separating the products in a bottle or barge they are caught and transported with a tremblebarge to the direction the relief barge. At the sprue can be chosen there between catching in a barge or catching in a time mill. The time mill looks after ground of the sprue to raw material grains and can this way be reused for production. Recently several separate barges have been assembled on needle pouring press of angel and boy at Philips at Drachten.
