For the injection moulding machines, we designed a 3-axis robot system, also this robot has a 90 degrees canting head, by this the robot can place parts into tray or on a belt for further handling. The robot is controlled with a separate controller. These robots are applicable for different brands of injection moulding machines

Because of the light weight material for the production of the robot is this not only light weighted but also quick in his handling. This becomes a short cycle time in picking the product from the mould, all this contributes the overall handling time. The positioning of the robot is within 0.05mm.

The transportation from the product goes by our “tray-system”. (a tray is a box for products) The robot places the products into the tray, and the tray is automatic handled by the tray-system. The operator places the empty trays and take the full trays out of the system. By this way of production it is possible to produce for a longer time without operators.

Al our robot system are coupled by the standard euro connection plug, this makes communicating with a moulding machine easy.

On the robot arm a product-interface can be mounted. This makes it easy to change over to an other product. We make the robot product-interfaces for several brands of robots. It is a specialism we do for several years. For controlling we use the SIGMATEK PLC and Seidel Servo engines and drives.

Software programming

The controlling software for the robot is made by our self and because of that is the software free programmable for idea’s. This means that the robot can go ‘our’ way in contrast with other controlling software.

That’s why we are free to program in with way the costumer wants to go. (demands of the customer)

The system is driven by servo motors and are very exact in their position, every cycle again.

Safety by a fence

We also deliver safety fences, for our own machine and robot system, but also for specials, also on a system you want to have on older systems, or on a new one.

The safety is guarantied by a CE-marked fence.
