T&Z has grown into the expert for machine construction in the field of printing machines for the bag industry. Our printing machines use the most modern technology. This means that all machines are actuated by servomotors, among other features. Nowadays, our experience and engineering in the field of machine construction allows us to achieve a higher degree of reliability, speed, and accuracy with this servo-technique. In addition, we take into account Health and Safety requirements and ergonomics.

In the field of machine construction, T&Z naturally also designs and builds bespoke equipment. The customer provides the specifications and T&Z produces a design. With this approach to machine construction, we automate for instance standard operations still performed by people until then or we manoeuvre parts from one location to another by means of a robot.

Track record in machine construction

T&Z has already completed a large number of installations and systems in the past. A number of these are installations and systems for staircases, stainless-steel boxes for horses, balustrades, welding fixtures for trusses (light bars), and lid feed systems.
