Robot systems | Robot systems from Haak Product Handling
We can offer you various robot systems for the removal and manipulation of products from moulds. We have developed various robot systems, such as a tri-axial robot system for an injection moulding machine. This robot system is driven by a tri-axial servo and has also a C-axle that can tilt the head of the robot 90 degrees. Hence, the robot system can remove products from the top or from the side of the mould, and deposit them in a tray or on a conveyor band.
The controls of our robot systems are very flexible. The operator can input a pick and place routine by means of parameters. The robot system can also perform a pattern. This grid can be programmed line by line, as well as inputted as a grid whereby the controls calculate the coordinates themselves.
Our robot systems can handle high pick speeds and have a high repeat accuracy. Consequently, even very small products can be removed properly, in part because the injection moulding machine has to complete only one ejection cycle. The use of these robot systems almost always reduces the pick times compared to dropping, and this also results in a shorter production cycle. Moreover, this benefits the stability of the process and the quality of the product.
Our robot systems can easily be installed on almost any horizontal injection moulding machine. The robot system can easily communicate with the injection moulding machine due to the standard communication via the "euroconnector".
Various (removable) tools can be mounted on the robot systems by means of a coupling. By switching tools, various products can be picked with the robot system, making the robot system flexible in use. The construction and assembly of these tools is a specialty in which we have years of experience.
In short; if you have a handling or pick problem or are you looking for a solution for product handling, then the robot systems of T&Z are there for you. You can call or e-mail us for more information about our robot systems, without any commitment.
