Robotic engineering | Haak Product Handling robotic engineering
The use of robotic engineering in manufacturing processes can no longer be avoided. T&Z also builds systems with robotic engineering on commission of many customers.
Stainless steel and aluminium
We almost always use stainless steel and aluminium as the building blocks for our robotic engineering. In robotic engineering, stainless steel provides the benefit of being easily modifiable, convertible, maintenance-free, and easy to use in various conditions of humidity. Aluminium brings the considerable benefit of weight to robotic engineering. Due to the low weight of this material, robot parts remain light and this makes a difference in the overall installation.
Plastic
We develop, produce, install, and maintain primarily systems with robotic engineering in industries that produce plastic components (for instance, production of razors, automotive engineering, etc.) The removal from moulds, transport, and picking up plastic components, and the feeding of inserts by means of various picking tools (the so-called "robot hands") has become a specialty! Hence, this must be performed with the utmost care, yet also speedily and accurately. We engineer and manufacture the picking tools and robot systems entirely in-house.
Programmable and flexible
Our robotic engineering is fully programmable by the user via a menu structure. Changing the robot cycle is straightforward in this manner, which enhances the flexibility of a system. The robot systems, hardware and software, can be manufactured entirely according to the wishes of the buyer, as these systems are constructed and programmed entirely in-house by T&Z.
